Cancellation Policy

📌 Booking Requirements - All sessions must be booked through our official booking system. - A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to lock in your time. Your spot isn’t secured until the deposit is received. - Remaining balances are due before your session begins, so the focus stays on creating—not paperwork. ⏱️ Arrival & Start Time - Arrive 10 minutes early so you can get settled, breathe, and step into your creative zone. - Every session starts on time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time—your dream - deserves your punctuality. - If you are 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened. - If you are 20+ minutes late, the session will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Great work requires great discipline. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations - You may reschedule once with no extra fee if done 48 hours or more before your appointment. - Canceling within 48 hours forfeits your deposit. - Same-day cancellations or no-shows require a new deposit to rebook. 👥 Guest & Conduct Expectations - Only individuals participating in the session may enter the studio unless approved. Guest must stay in waiting area until session has been completed. - No smoking, vaping, or disruptive behavior—this space is built for clarity, focus, and elevation. - Treat the studio like a creative sanctuary. Respect the environment, the equipment, and the energy. 🏢 Studio Usage - You are responsible for any damages caused during your session. - Food and drinks are welcome in designated areas—keep the tools of creativity clean and protected. 🎬 Media, Branding & Content - K.Y.D.A may capture behind-the-scenes content to celebrate our shared creative journey. If you prefer privacy, please notify us before your session.
